You undertake that to use and access our website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
We will do our best to ensure that our website is always up to date. In the rare occasion that an item that you wish to purchase online is out of stock, subject to delay or incorrectly priced, we will contact you via email or telephone. In the event that we cannot contact you, we will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
If you wish to confirm before purchasing whether an item is definitely available, or have any queries regarding sizes, please call us and one of our team will be more than happy to assist you.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the goods, stating your reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with Damsel and designer tags still attached. If any item appears to be damaged, soiled or in any way worn, then we will not be able to accept the return, and the item(s) will be sent back to you. This includes any boxes, or packaging that may come with your product (e.g. shoe boxes) as these are considered part of the product.
Postage for returns is at your cost, and at your responsibility. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit. Items being returned must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the goods - items received after 14 days may not be able to be returned.

Refunds will still need to be processed separately.
Refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed. The original card used to make the purchase will be credited.
A refund will only be authorised if the item is returned within the aforementioned timeframe, and in exactly the same condition that it was received in.
