You undertake that to use and access our website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We will do our best to ensure that our website is always up to date. In the rare occasion that an item that you wish to purchase online is out of stock, subject to delay or incorrectly priced, we will contact you via email or telephone. In the event that we cannot contact you, we will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.

If you wish to confirm before purchasing whether an item is definitely available, or have any queries regarding sizes, please call us and one of our team will be more than happy to assist you.

RETURN POLICY – ONLINE PURCHASES

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must email us at returns@damselboutique.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the goods, stating your reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

(Please note: Refunds apply to items bought online only and not to items bought in store)

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with Damsel and designer tags still attached. If any item appears to be damaged, soiled or in any way worn, then we will not be able to accept the return, and the item(s) will be sent back to you. This includes any boxes, or packaging that may come with your product (e.g. shoe boxes) as these are considered part of the product.

Postage for returns is at your cost, and at your responsibility. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage because regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Items being returned must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the goods - items received after 14 days may not be able to be refunded and will be returned to you. 

For returns on sale items bought online, we must receive the goods within 7 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase.

RETURNS POLICY – IN STORE PURCHASES

We are happy to exchange an item or issue a credit note if the item is returned in its original condition, with labels attached and all packaging intact (e.g. shoes in their boxes), within 14 days and with proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS

For hygiene reasons, hosiery, underwear and earrings are non returnable and non exchangeable.

Any items purchased in our SALE are non-exchangeable and non-returnable

Please follow the washing instructions to maintain the life and quality of your garment. We cannot take responsibility for items that have not been washed according to the manufacturers instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights
